Farmall puller

Looking for a Farmall H puller. I would like improved or mod. I am looking to purchase before I transfer a stock tractor. So if you know of anyone who has they don't get a chance to use much give me a shout. I hate to mess up a stock tractor, but also hate to see all Oliver,Deere, and Massey near me.

I"d be very interested in what turns out. Went to Ozark Steam Engine Days in Republic MO yesterdy, and there were dozens and dozens seems like of Farmall"s there showing. But come time for the pulling, the A-C"s, Case"s and JD"s pulled, but no Farmalls even showed up to pull. Wonder why??

I used to have a good friend that pulled Farmalls. (He passed on) If you want to make an H give a good showing, I think you need to put in a 300, or 350 motor. That's what Larry did.

No Farmalls showing up to pull could be for several reasons. I have been pulling several years, and have been to pulls in several different states. What I have noticed is that tractor brands and models being pulled are different depending on where you are. Around where I'm from in Mid Missouri there are tons of MM and M Farmalls(in div 2), and fewer JD, and more often than not NO modified IH show up. When I have been to Iowa pulling, there were more JD, A LOT of M Farmalls, but MM was almost non existant. In Tunica MS, well, you see EVERYTHING in Tunica, but 460/560 Farmalls grow on trees down there, and yet farther north I don't see near as many of them.
