We got a 36" rain last night and a little thunder, maybe the drought is broke.

We call those 6 inch rains. 6 inches between the drop and if you stand side ways you do not get wet.
Odd how we have gone from flood to drought in just a month here. Some how when you get 15 inches in one week then hot and dry for the next 4 weeks that 15 inches which 90% of it ran off to the ocean does very little good

We were doing OK in North East Texas until about late July, have not had a measurable rain since then. Just showers of 1/2 an inch or under, the grass is drying up now and the lakes are getting low.
!! Come on Fall Rains!!

Old, the drops were more like 36" apart, 6" would be considered a deluge for us.

Ever seen a front and back rain?? As in you go out your front door and get rained on and go out your back door and no a drop??
