old co op need water pump

Got me another toy over the weekend.A 1936 co op model 2 i'm told. It has a Chrysler flat head 6 cylinder engine.The water pump bearings are making noise.Anyone have an idea where to get parts? It's probably the same as an old car engine. Thanks.

The chrysler Industrial flat head 6 used a different water pump than what was run in the fleet cars and trucks...they also offered different cid.engine sizes for the flat head engines over the years. I have one of their flat head 6 cyl. engines in a Hobart gas welder/generator system. Very rugged and eazy starting engine for a 6 volt system. I have no idea which one was put in tractors.

Take it to NAPA and find an old timer.

I would think a guy should be able to take this pump apart and replace the bearings and seal.
