WD45 loader ?

A friend has a WD45 with a loader. I may buy the tractor, but sell the old trip loader. I have no use for an old pipe loader. I have a backhoe instead. I know I would never buy an add on loader, so is there a market for one? The loader works. What is the low ball figure that the loader may be worth if the cylinders are in good shape? More than the price of scrap?

Depends on what style and brand it is, but most trip loaders on farm sales around here, (Sw Iowa), sell for around the 50 to 200 range. Real good ones sell for about the same price of a good 3-point rear blade.

Old trip bucket type maybe $150 tops if your lucky. Now days they are pretty much used as an over size wheel barrow.

Little better then scrap but not by much but then on the other hand I'll not let things go for scrap if I can in any way help it. I'd prefer to use a machine as part of a fence before letting it go to China

Could be done but might be a pain in the back sides because of having to hook up a tractor to make it move LOL
