I have to give kudos to Ytmag parts. I ordered a new PTO shaft to upgrade mine on my 8n. It came with the bearing retainer already installed and no good way to get it off. Michael talked with the supplier and got a handful of different reasons/excuses. Due to the delay in getting back to me (all of 3 days - nothing excessive ) he offered to send me the whole assembly at no cost - it would have been more than double what I paid originally. That is what I call awesome customer service! Let's support them whenever we can.

I have to agree. Every time I have ordered part they where as they should have been and cheaper then most and got to me faster then I would have believe they would get to me

The only hang up I ever had was something for a standard diesel... everything is a problem when it comes to Standard diesels at the best of times...
One time, I ordered parts on a Monday morning, not expecting them for a week, but it arrived the next afternoon... don't get better than that. You contact YT in Washington State, but the parts come from whatever supply house is closest to you...so's I think is how it works...

Had only thought of this site as a forum...a great one at that. Plan on doing some fixing up of some old iron and good to have confidence on where to get parts.
