Case wheel loader brakes

im working on a Case W24C wheel loader it has air over hydraulic brakes on it, do I use regular brake fluid in it or just hydraulic oil in it? I have a service manual but it doesnt say what to use,

You use brake fluid in the brake side of the system. Hydraulic oil is too thick to work correctly in cold weather.

agree with JD seller brake fluid only it should say on the resivore cap DOT xxx it did on the W-14/W-20 I ran
