Ford 600 hydraulic issue

I have a 1955 Ford 600 the 3 point will not work. I started at the pump and worked my way down. I have the rock cover off. When I pressurize the line from the pump with air, oil and air leak out between the high pressure tube and the case casting at the bottom of the hydraulic tank. If the relief valve is bad will this be causing my problem or is it a bad tube? I cannot find another tube anywhere? Any help is greatly appreciated thank you
 
The tubes are in the transmission area. If the pressure tube has a hole in it the pump will fill the transmission case with hydraulic oil. The tubes are no longer available but there are fixes some have done that will work.

On each end of the tube there is a O ring. These O rings stop leaks where the hydraulic manifold mounts and where the transmission mounts to the center housing.

So if you pressurize the tube and get air bubbles in the transmission the tubes are bad.

If you pressurize the tube and get air bubbles where the two cases mount together the O ring is bad.

If you pressurize the tube and get air bubbles in the center housing (hydraulic housing) the relief valve is most likely the problem.
 
Worked on a 2000 3 cyl yesterday with same problem. Owner had pulled the 3 point and cleaned the sump and filters it still didn't work. he pulled the pump and had it rebuilt still didn't work. Brought it to me last week pulled the pressure line off the pump and blew air thru it and you could tell something was stuck open. Pulled the lift cover and found the unloading valve stuck in the open position. removed it and clean it up got sliding back and forth and the lift works fine now. Don't know if that's your issue but I would check all the valves why I had it apart. I've learned the hard way to make sure it will cycle on air before I put it back on the tractor
