Pincore was a brand of engine made in chicago from ~50s to late 60s?. They were flat head 4 stroke systems and used on a variety of driven accessories from reel lawn mowers (had 3 of them and used one engine in a tractor my dad made for his kids in 1958) A good (old) lawn service or small engine shop could tune it, but there will be no parts at all other than spark plugs. Pincor was the engine type made by that company. REO was another of that genera that is gone. Cast iron flat head singles of various sizes. Made with reduction gear outputs and sometimes clutches and reverse on the mini transmissions driving reel mowers and other machines. Jim

As for as I know. Pincor went under years ago. Going to be hard to find a shop. Unless they have an old tech like me around. You might look up a Kato-Lite dealer. I know they used to sell them.
