Lunar tractor/equipment'

China has just announced that it plans on landing a probe on the moon this year. If (we) the american farmers could build or design a tractor for the moon what would it look like? Would it have wheels or tracks? and most importantly, how much would it cost ??? Has Nasa even asked the farmer for ideas, suggestions, advice?

on the other hand, the absence of oxygen should cut down on the rust. I don't know how to work on anything without rust.

If farmers designed it the cost probably wouldn"t top 20 thousand. The Government designs it 20 billion. And it will not move more than 12 feet. But it will have a 500.00 toilet seat.
