Sloping/sinking sidewalk

About 15 years ago I poured a sidewalk about 10' long. The ground has slowly settled and slopes the wrong way about 2" in 3'. I need to fix this situation. My thought is to dig under it deep enough to get a floor jack under it, jack it up, then prop it up and then pack sand under it to bring it up to a slope in the right direction.
Any other low tech suggestions?
Thanks

Washing the sand in the space is easy and fills well. A bit liquidy, but better than packing with a rod. Jim

You should look into "concrete jacking", "slabjacking", and "sandjacking"... All these are techniques you could use...

For that amount of effort you might be ahead to tear out the old sidewalk and pour a new one. If your sidewalk is 4 foot wide x 10 foot long x 1/2 foot thick, that is only 20 cubic feet or 3/4 yard of concrete.

Do you know what is causing the sidewalk to sink: old tree roots decomposing or is the backfill around your house foundation settling?

If it was poured in one 10 ft section you may have trouble jacking it without it breaking due to the weight.
I had 4 ft sections on my sidewalk and raised them by prying with a long 4x4 and then placing fill under them one at a time

This is what I would do - bar it up and pack sand under it.
If it was poured in one section put a diamond blade in your skillsaw and cut it into two sections.

Consider the alternative of concrete leveling. I don"t know where you are located but surely there is a company nearby you that raises sunken concrete. It"s cheaper than replacing it. Several years ago I had a corner of my concrete garage floor lifted as it had sunken somewhat over the years. The floor remains level after those several years. Our local school district had the sidewalks at the high school lifted where they had begun to sink into the top of the roadway curb. The project is simple - a few holes are drilled through your concrete sidewalk and some kind of concrete mud is pumped into the holes and under your walk until the sidewalk is level. Then the holes are filled and trowelled flush with the sidewalk. Job done. Get an estimate and an explanation to decide if this is a reasonable solution.
