We had a small but very nice funeral for my uncle today.
A couple of my buddies helped so we had enough pall bearers. My son knows that he is expected, so he jumped right up.
The army sent a couple of men that stood guard over the coffin, then folded the flag and gave it to me. That was super impressive and made me so proud of his service.
The VFW and foreign legion provided taps and gun salute.
