Many people in Waynevilles MO are being told to evacuate due to the fact the Roubidoue creek looks more like to Mississippi river then it does a creek. One child known dead and his mother has yet to be found. Many homes knee deep in water if not deeper and calling for more rain over night. Hope none of you are in the area. and if you are drive up here we will put you up some how

My step daughter works on base, in charge of all the daycares on base.

She had spent 20 minutes the day before talking to the mother of the dead 4 year old, trying to get him placed in a day care. The mother also worked for one of the day care providers on base and was worried about being late for work. She must have just moved into the area. Maybe not familiar with the roads. It is almost for sure the mother is dead too.

Son-in-law is a Lineman for Laclede electric down there. He has been at work constantly since all the rain.

I heard they got another big dose of rain last night.

Best take another route I-44 is closed and has water over it for around 20 plus miles.
