found a massy-fergason 135.dont know what year. or h.p. has 3cyl.desil engine.any help?

Congratulations. While it isn't a Deere it's a much better, capable and safer tractor for very little more $$$ than a N series Ford.

Hi, MF135 was 35 PTO and 33 drawbar HP. Very fuel efficient 152 CI Perkins Diesel. Have spent some seat time on both MF 35 and 135. Hope that it has PS otherwise keep your thumbs on top of the steering wheel. Very good tractor for raking hay with a PTO driven rake as it has a ground drive PTO setting.
Very short wheel base makes it very maneuverable but very light on the front end with an implement on the 3pt. The six speed transmission was sometimes short on speed selection.

38+ PTO H.P. and THE most desirable tractor in their H.P. range. The 3 cylinder Perkins diesel is the most fuel efficient and bullet proof engine ever put in a tractor. Yah, it is much better than a Deere! Best 3pt. and draft control on the market. 135's were the best selling tractor in the world in their era for good reason.
