Hadn't thrown on the veggies yet when I took this.
I know, I got the lines crooked.
Can't taste good with crooked lines! ;)
Actually, they tasted better than they looked. LOL

(quoted from post at 21:36:53 08/04/13) I'll take this as an invitation... can't wait...
Any time you're over my way, I'd be glad to burn a couple more! ;)

Now those steaks look so good, but I have a question. We used to wrap the 'taters in foil until one time we ran out on a longer camping trip, so we did without. We never used foil again. The question is does the most BBQ cookers use foil or no. Also, has anyone tried the nail in the Spud trick?

On the grill, they actually cook quicker without the foil. (although maybe a tad dryer)
I usually wipe them with a bit of butter, then a dash of sea or
Kosher salt, then wrap them in foil to add a bit more flavor.
We eat them skin and all, so it's just a flavor thing for us. :)

Royse:

For a real taste treat, melt the butter in a sauce
pan & add seasoning salt to it, inject it into the
potato with a plastic meat syringe (the kind with
the dull needle), then coat the outside of the
potato with barbecue sauce & barbecue.

Mmmm! Delicious!

I skipped dinner last night so we could get rush seats at the theater.
Came home hungry and was looking over the boards and saw your steak and potatos.
I quickly clicked back as it made me hungry.
Settled for a couple thick of slices of bread with butter and a chunk of Swiss cheese.
Not quite the same though.
