This is reposted here, for folks who don't frequent the Allis forum. This coming Wed, the 31st, the Gathering of the Orange 2013, will be held, and run thru Sat, Aug 3rd. The Interstate 5 bridge has been repaired and will not be an issue. I just reserved a room at the Windmill Inn in Lynden, so SWMBO can stay cool. I am not taking my 2 little Allis's, as planned, due to my DORF 7.3 laying down on me.

I'd sure like to go, but it is the busiest time of year here at the veggie farm in Spokane. Anyone passing thru on I-90 is welcome to stop on by, I am only a mile off of I-90. I have quite the AC collection and love to talk Orange. I must say that Lynden is a great place to visit, as is most of the Northwest...a great vacation destination whatever color you like!

I have a request for anyone going...

I am looking for a steering wheel center cap for a 1964 Allis 190. It has the sunburst diamond AC logo, not the triangle AC.

I am also looking for pictures of a perfectly restored VERY early 1964 straight 190 diesel.

It might give me the inspiration to start my restoration. I am such a perfectionist I can't start until I get the garage carpeted under the tractor, and buy some white gloves to take it apart... It is serial number 128 and has 2200 hours, original owner!

I love some orange!

Going to be a great show with the largest gathering of ORANGE on the west coast probably ever. It is the 50th anniversary of the D-21 and the show directors have done an excellent job of promoting this show for several years already. There are folks coming from far and near and the weather forecast seems almost perfect. Lots to do and see in a very beautiful park setting. Camping available and if needed a few host families are still available Call for more details 360-815-4744. All colors and makes are welcome at the show. Howard Nunnikhoven for Puget Sound Tractor and Machinery Assn, Lynden Washington. 3 miles from the Canadian Border and 8 miles from the Pacific Ocean. Come and have some fun!

When we lived in Spokane thirty some years ago I really admired some of those truck patches. Where are you located?
