560 hydraulic hose and issues

Has anyone had the high pressure hydraulic hose by the clutch on a 560 Repaired? I heard they can put a flange on the metal pipe and then you purchase a shorter hose. CNH is very spendy for a new one. Also this tractor acts like the hydraulics are working all the time. Advise please.

Have a new hose made. We have Colliflower that will make one while you wait, if they're not busy.

I highly recommend that you go with AEROQUIP Hydraulic Hose & Fittings. I have used them for many years. The fittings are reusable & can be installed "in the field" by just about anyone, without the need for a lot of specialty tools and equipment.

It's a compression fitting. Used the end with the flatfitting, cut the pipe from the hose, slide the nut and compression ferule over the pipe and tighten it up.

Had a hose made today in Fargo North Dakota at Fargo Tubs and Hoses. Cost was 61.00 bucks. It looks and works like new. Highly recommend. He had it ready in less then and hour. Thanks for the help.
