For my 1962 Huber-Warco Maintainer (grader tractor), anyone know where I can find used rear Turf Tires size 23.1-26 (on 20" rim)? With maybe 30-50% tread.

If it's a regular tractor type tire I would think most combine salvage yards would have one. They were pretty common up till 20 years ago or so or even sooner. I had a pair of fairly good 23.1x26's on open center rims that I took to an auction and they darned near didn't sell. I almost had to take them home again. Jim

Yeah, tread needs to be turf (that diamond-like pattern), not the regular tractor tread. I do have an inquiry into a salvage yard that does a lot of combines. The turf style maybe was on some combines and some grain carts too.
