wide life are driving me nuts

This year is ridiculas for wild life! The damage to the crops is sickening anymore to me! I rent my ground and be time i spend all the money to plant everything pay rent i really am wondering if its worth trying anymore! Anybody else have problems with wildlife?
 
I always have 500 or so geese move into my small grain fields in the spring those birds are like a heard of sheep!! luckily this year we had enough H20 to keep it growing back with not to many lasting effects
 
Deer are bad enuf around here that I have a 'crop damage' permit that allows us to shot them all year.
 
Saw a neighbor patching in spots along the sides of a bean field with a large no-til planter after the beans were about 6" tall. Seemed strange, hadn't had any flooding. Talked to him the next day and asked about it. He said it was ground hog damage.
 
Dad just got a permit thus year to give out tags! Back at the home farm! The neighbors they been shooting deer left and right then call the game commision to come get them they shot about 60 last year all from standing by thier barn and house deer lovers hate them! But hey what can you do.the wildlife are eating are life support! It stinks!
 
The DNR do not pay us to feed their deer, and I do not think Iowa allows us to kill them due to crop damage.
 
When my hay was all alfalfa there was about 2 acre finger that stuck out into the swamp. Geese kept that two acres lookin like a lawn.
 
It has been my experience that a ground hog will be more destructive than deer. A ground hog will clip beans down to maybe 1 inch of stem in a semi circle maybe 8-10 rows in. Got a family working my soybean field now, a bit of brush by an old farmstead is their home and they have quite a circle clipped bare. I guess they must be a bit wary and 8-10 rows away from cover is about the limit.
