Will roundup work on..

At the 1 gt. per acer rate it has never phased the ones on the edge of a Field I spray.
You can try a little stronger mix and hit them before they get to big.

I think I sense some humor here. I'd be more concerned about the damage that the ducks are doing when they swim over it.

"We have no wheat we have no oats,
we can not harvest them in boats,
Ah, Sweet Nebraska Land

Except this year it's more true in the original
version;

"Sweet Nebraska Land
Roger Welsch
Ah, Nebraska Land, Sweet Nebraska Land!
Upon thy burning soil I stand.
And I look away, across the plains,
And I wonder why it never rains.

We’ve reached the land of dessert sweet,
Where nothing grows for man to eat.
And the wind it blows with feverish heat,
Across those plains so hard to beat.

That’s Nebraska Land, Sweet Nebraska Land!
Upon thy burning soil I stand.
And I look away, across the plains,
And I wonder why it never rains.

We have no wheat, we have no oats,
We have no corn to feed our shoats.
Our chickens are so very pour,
They beg for crumbs outside our door.

In Nebraska Land, Sweet Nebraska Land!
Upon thy burning soil I stand.
And I look away, across the plains,
And I wonder why it never rains.

Our horses are a bronco race,
Starvation stares them in the face.
We do not live we only stay,
Cause we’re too poor to move away.

From Nebraska Land, Sweet Nebraska Land!
Upon thy burning soil I stand.
And I look away, across the plains,
And I wonder why it never rains."

Yes you can kill them, but the new ones will sprout the next week. I have sprayed the ones in front on Moms house three times this year, and the best results were with a healthy dose of 2-4-D ,but they are still coming back.

You shouldn't go much higher than 27oz of Roundup Weathermax in corn. I don't know about the generic stuff. Jim

I have killed them with 1 quart it take longer to
die then other weeds and they will not come back
next year as thick after 2 years they will be pretty
much gone.

I believe Rodeo is the version approved to spray in water.

I too sense so e dark humor there, you been getting rain?

Paul
