On modern view go to the top of the page and click on (log in)then enter your user name and password that you wish to use, then click on (keep me logged in) then click on (log in) it should take you to your profile page where you can enter an e-mail address and set other preferd settings that you choose to use, once done click apply and then go back to the home page and your done. On Classic I think you just enter a user name and password when you make a new post and that gets you registered on the classic forum, registering on modern view should cover you on both classic and modern views.

Handyman, that doesn't seem to work. When I key on log in and type a name and password it will not let me go any further because it does not recognize it.

Well guys I have been on the register page and that is by far the most unfriendly site I have ever been on and it never did let me sign on. Think I will stay a guest.

Just checked out the register page and it works like a champ. Just fill in all the required information and security word as required.

The security word is case sensitive.

Not to sound stupid but what is a ICQ number and a AIM address. And yes the security word was a problem.

ICQ and AIM are "instant messaging" systems from different companies.
They are not required to be a member here, they are just options
if you want someone to contact you via those means.

I see you already got registered, but I'll mention this anyways. The easiest way to register is to post in classic view and when it asks if you want a password to protect your name, enter a password. Done.
