Does anyone know what color the rims should be on a w9 International?

Not sure if there is more than one shade of silver but, silver it is.

Hammer tone silver seems the best to me. They were electrogalvanized originally, and the zinc weathers off. Jim

Until I started visiting this forum, and attending a few tractor shows, I had never seen those rims painted any color other than aluminum. Aluminum paint was standard procedure for the IH sponsored repaint programs. I am a 1951 model myself. I have witnessed first hand quite a few Ms and Hs that went throught the corporate repaint programs.
