Went to the website, read how she gets her hands dirty and "gets right in there" at auctions, then saw her referred to as "that little Nordstrom gal"- Seemed strange to me, until I saw that Nordstrom was her maiden name. You see, a "Nordstrom gal" is a very different thing here- Nordstrom is THE clothier in Seattle- If you're a Nordstrom gal, you're the epitome of fashion, with plenty of bucks to keep that image, and probably a little snooty about your status, too.

Don't know if she got any better but when she started out she couldn't auction for chit. Get all flustered and lose her place. Course it may have helped me as I bought a 730 Case for $150.
