What about engine screens? I know they were used on Deeres, especially New Generation tractors, to minimize the risk of an engine fire or overheating.

I didn't get any with the picker, would love to find a set and put on. do you know where I could find some ,or some one else out there know of some. thanks

The corn picking and cutting beans with Massey Harris Clippers and Minnie Moes was so funnnnnn to watch at Rantoul. Its a mad house and Golf Cart City (cant count em with a stick, theyre everywhere) but unfortunately I dont get to go and vist with Jimmy (from St Joe) this time, cuz its my dear old mothers 90th birthday party that weekend.

Ol John T in Indiana

I would think getting to celebrate your moms 90th is as good if not better than time spent in Rantoul . happy 90th to your mom

Nice looking outfit ! I went to the last couple HCOP shows, they are great. But I didn"t get there until a little after 10 am last time and missed the corn pickers in action. They have a HUGE turnout of pickers, and they don"t take long to go through the amount of corn available for each day. I am not a big fan of golf carts at shows either, but they are pretty useful at that show, it is really spread out and unless you can walk 10 plus miles in a day you will miss a lot.

Will look for you at Rantoul!

PS: Send out a reminder early August and we'll have a YT get together

I havn't thought about Rantoul in a long time. Spent a year and four months at Chanute AFB back in 1965.does anyone know if the base is still there?
