Here a pic of my old mower and the foot pedal I was talking about. I ended up glueing a piect of coarse sandpaper on it.

That is cool. Mine is older than that one. Mine has an all fiberglass body with the tank in the hood right behind the grille. Mine has a white body with a blue green frame. Mine also has a cast iron front axle with pnuematic tires. Mine was originally 5 horse, but is now 8. Looks like yours has a two blade deck? Mine is single. Good to see yours, I have never seen another like mine, they don't even come up on ebay. We originally had two, the other is now a lawn trailer. I also have a yellow rear engine Huffy. Thanks for sharing.
