Got the new pump strapped on today and it popped off first twist of her tail.

It was kinda hard to thread that silly gear on over the deep-well socket, but it's now in time at least.

We'll see how it runs tuggin' the field cultivator around.

Allan recon what would happen if a man put an inline pump like they went to in the 15c doser and the truck engine. Man would have to find a set of injector lines but the in line pump just seemed to start better. Met it would make the 9 hum.

We had two trucks with the DT466, neither one seemed to start any better, and the one with the rotary pump pulled a lot harder than the one with the Bosch (inline)P-pump.
As long as you open up the throttle to get your advance, these rotaries do not start hard. If you leave it 0 throttle, good luck.
