Have a knapheide bed with a twin cylinder galion hoist one cylinder is leaking pretty good when let the bed down all the way.Has anyone had any experience resealing one,and where to get a seal kit for it? Any feedback well taken. Thanks in advance.

If multistage cyl look for allen set screw loosen it and see if can titen nut then titen set screw. May or may not stop leak. several cyl companys have packing for Peabody/Galion.

In Maryville Illinois there is a company that rebuilds them or sells kits for them. Not sure where you're located. I don't remember the company's name. But can get it if you need it.

I too, recommend BAUM hydraulics, but you're
going to need a model # or serial #, or know all
of the packing deminsions.

Is That hoist a single acting 2 or 3 stage cylinder? If it is the top can be tightened to stop it from leaking sometimes they unscrew a little. There should be a set screw on the side of the cap to lock it in place
