My buddies father recently past on. He wants to clear out all of the farm equipment. Tractors, crawlers, combines, and implements. I told him I would help. Most of my friends here in idaho have never use a computer. I have some pictures of the tractors in question (Farmall, JD, and Fordson.)
How would I go about getting some help figuring out exactly what they are?
Thanks in advance
Mark

take pictures of all of them say like 3/4 front views,[front and one side],use photobucket as a tool to upload them on this page, they will be identified in short order as well as a approximate value, given the condition,. it is also very important to know if the unit runs, or does not run

Post the pics, you'll have answers in an hour or so.

Nearly all bigger far pieces from even way back have a data plate on them somewhere, you can get the exact model, serial number, and so forth from that. Finding them can be a chore somnetimes, typically on the frame or a more permanat piece of t5he machine, little bit out of harms way.....

For example, a Ford 900 tractor could be a 940, 950, 960, 981, or so on - would make a big difference to a buyer which it is....
