mystery tractor

My husband recently passed away and we have owned an old tractor for many years. I don"t even know what kind it is-brother-in-law thinks International. We bought it in 1978 and it was old then! I would like to take some pictures of it and see if anyone can identify what kind it is, how old it really is and possibly what it"s worth. It does run, however, needs a gas tank. My husband, a car person, had it fixed to run but with a gas can hooked up to the gas line. I will be happy to take and send pictures to someone who might identify it for me.

Post some pics here on YT.I garantee it will get identified. If you can find a serial number plate, that will be helpful. The SN plate will also have the model shown.Look on the sides of the hood. The make/model will be shown.Even if it is exedingly rusty you should be able to see something.

I think that's happy ewe (like a sheep) not happy we (like us). good point on the e-mails, could be fishing for them.

Bad point about fishing for e-mails. Since the poster has no idea which make her tractor is, it is obvious she doesn't read this board often. Both the "Post a Message" & "Post a Reply" boxes have a blank for your e-mail. If not a regular poster, she would not know that this is optional, she just filled in the blanks.

Where is the tractor? Perhaps someone here lives close enough to go and take a look.
Sorry to hear about your husband.
Good Luck and God Bless

Where did you upload it to? I don't see one in this post.

I live in Archer, FL near Gainesville. I tried to upload a picture but wasn't successful. I may have been successful this time. At least I see it on the page.

Looks like it probably is a... [b:1dc94548b2]Farmall B[/b:1dc94548b2]?

I'm an orange man, so I'll let others confirm or deny the above.

Several replies and all so far seem to agree. Any idea what year or what it might be worth. It does run although it needs a gas tank.
