Nice day for a motorcycle ride. I found these while riding some back, back roads.

I remember that you had posted pictures of bears eating your corn a while back. Do you still have a bear problem?

Apparently someone who was interested in old fire engines, and got some, but then never did anything with them. Too bad.

With all those trees and brush, it sure looks like deer country. Be real careful on your motorcycle. I have known several different people who have hit deer while riding motorcycles, and all of them ended up very seriously injured. Good luck, and keep the shiny side up!

Great pictures, but what a waste to let them sit and rust. Someone would restore them if they knew they were there. Maybe one of those deals where someone thought they should be worth more years ago; they weren't. My wife's dad did something similar with a combine. Thought it should have been worth more and it just rusted away.

How did you solve that bear problem from a few months back? I remember seeing several bears eating out of your corn box..........Holy crap it looked like the bear exhibit at the zoo.

Great pics...Every time I go to America I only see blue skies and
strong sunshine(except for the odd freaky thunderstorm!) Now I see
your sky can be grey just like ours !

Didn't take time to notice the first glance those are several different fire trucks! Call the American Pickers- they're looking for rusty gold.

Rollie PA,

Looks like it was a great day trip. Great photos. Love the Fordson - but the trucks really catch my eye... have never seen a rusty fire truck. Very neat!

Samn40,

If you had been in MN this past month, you could have seen grey skies (with rain falling out too) nearly every single day. Much more grey/rain than we are accustomed to... or want.

Many farmers in our area do not have crops planted yet! Some are going to plant all beans because it is just too late to put corn in the ground now.
