Sources of 4020 Parts

I am working on a 1971 4020. I am looking for a good source for quality parts at a reasonable price. So far I am looking at JD, Shoups, Baier, Walts/Unger. I am surprised at the differenct between JD and the others. Are the others good quality or meet original spec.? What are your experiences and recommendations? Thanks. Paul

A&I has something to do with JD.Steiner is also known for good parts.A lot of original parts are still available but can be spendy.There are a few salvage yards that specialize in NewGen parts.TwoCyl and GreenMagazine have many advertisers.

A & I is owned by JD. Many of the parts are the same, service just may not be quite as fast.
JD tend to move slower moving parts to A & I.
