ford 801 transmission

ok im putting my cover plate back on, the manual says to make sure i have the control cam is in the park position, with teh control valve all in the out position and teh rocker arms setting even. can someone please explain to me what this is suppose to look like.
this is on an 801 ford select o speed transmission. thanks twiggy

I think what you are asking is about the shifting cam. There should be an electric wire which only grounds out in one position. This is park. Reconnect Pto. and short shift cable and reinstall cover. Adjust shift cable to two and three quarters sticking out. re connect shift cable and tighten shift cable conduit. it may need some fine tuning but you should be close with adjustments. Philip
