Oh for a bigger shop

All of the sudden I’m down to no working tractor. Got the super C in the shop changing the front seal while the bolster is of I intended to work it over also. Then yesterday as I was checking things before heading out to mow I found oil in the water on the 2N I really need the 2N with the three point worse than the fast hitch on the supper C but the shop is three quarters full with the SC tore down.

On the shop, no matter how big you make it it's never big enough. Why? Because it starts collecting what doesn't belong in there in the first place and before you know it no room.

On my non appropriate contents: Boat/trailer, bagged fertilizer on a pallet, hay seed on a pallet, several old air conditioners, pond chemicals, wood and steel materials, garden tools, refrigerator......naw the ref. stays. Grin

My 2c,

O how I hear you!!!!!

My ( SHOP ) was a 30"x30" heffier barn & a place
to keep the spreader & tractor inside... Now
there isn"t any cow"s in it, just full of
deeres. It"s now the tractor shed, 630 JD that
is apart & needs a cylinder head. I bought a
old A Jd thats ALL APART do"en a rebuild.. My
620 , 1941 B 1947 M, 1955 model 60 + 4 riding
mowers, tillers, table saw , drill press & tools
parts for the rest of the farm machines, bikes
drums of engine oil, hydraullic oil, antifreeze
I have enough room to turn around ... Sometimes.

Mines 32x40, but things like roll away tool cabnets, torch, hot water washer, hyd press, complete and extra engines. A 6070 allis split for a clutch, a 185 allis apart for a trans rebuild, a grasshopper zero turn for engine work. Its like going through one of those maze things trying to get from one side to the other.

If you're like me you may be better off fixing just one thing at a time anyway. That way the first project actually has to be completed before I can start the next one. If I had a bigger shop it would probably just be filled with more half done projects.

It sounds like it's time to haul the 2N into town to get fixed while you work on the C. Good luck.
