John Deere 650 Tractor

My husbands father, who has now passed away, bought him a John deere 650 years ago and now it is on it's last limb. He thinks it is seizing up in the motor. He is depressed that it is finished. Does anyone know a good diesel mechanic in this area that wont charge too much.

Plenty of mechanics around that can help. Resale on compact tractors is great so can't imagine this tractor is not worth saving.
