Mid-50's Ford Tractor questions

Hi,

I inherited a tractor from my grandfather and would like to know what I have and consider selling. I really would not know what it is worth and need some assistance. It runs really well, I think 1957 Ford. I have pics to email. If anyone can give me a hand, it'd be great! [email protected]

You can email them to me and I'll post them for you. ultradogmn(at)yahoo.com. Replace the (at) with @
Meanwhile look on the left side of the transmission just above and behind the starter.
You will see a couple lines of numbers there.
Post those and folks here will be able to tell you the model # and serial # and year it was built. You might have to scrape off some paint or grease to see them clearly.
