Just a sample of some of the cattle at our show here in Norn Iron. Sorry for the photo quality but I spent the daytime on our own show stand and was only able to look around at night when it was dusk.The dairy stock were all milked at this stage so not just looking their best and some of the beef breeds just wanted to lie down!

Tom,

I had wondered too - never saw a bovine like that. I think they may be called Blondes... a couple of the signs say something-something Blondes. Googled them and looks like it is a breed name.
 
The real white cattle with the double muscling are indeed Blondes, The bull that is getting a pat on the rump from a blonde dame is the Champion of the show in the beef section, again he is a Blonde.
The dark brown and white cattle are Salers and the Blue and white are Belgian Blues.
