What a week this has been. This is not tractor related unles you consider I am not running mt tractor to prepare plant my soybeans. My youngest son (6years old) broke his leg last Saturday and is immobile. Someone has to help him with everything at least until the next Dr appointment. My wife and I are taking "shifts". it is a beautiful day but it is my shift. I am sitting at the house jeoulously watching tractors roll by on the way to work fields. I am waiting until I am free late this afternoon for my turn to have some off time.

I am truly thankful though. My son is doing good. He is not hospitalized or in traction just a cast from toes to waist.

Strap him to the hood of the tractor and git to work! He will probably enjoy being out of the house

You'll get the crop in and he will heal up in a heartbeat and this will be only a distant memory for all of you. It will all work out - just enjoy the one-on-one time with the little guy as best you can. He will be grown and gone before you know it.
