A little quality time with the family and got to see my new granddaughter tonight. My daughter from Italy had to come home for a family emergency on her husbands side. Had dinner with them and my sons Nick and Eric and his fiance Jessie.

Must be hard to have your daughter living in Italy. Is her husband in service over there? Hope they end up living a little closer to you and your wife eventually.

Looks like she makes everyone smile. Glad you got to spend time with them, I complain cause mine is 500 miles from me, better count my blessings now that she is ONLY 500 miles from me

Yes, he's in the Army. They are coming home on July 31 and will be stationed in Ky. then. He may go back for one more short deployment after that.

We had another family reunion here this week for the wrong reasons, but got to see a lot o the family that has gotten strung across the country.
