Gilson Brother Tiller

I bought an old tiller and I am looking for a part number for the wheel that the rope warps around in the pull cord. The motor is a Tecumseh TVM220-157022E. I have been looking for a day now on the web but I can"t find it anywhere, hope someone can help? This tiller is an old girl and I doubt the motor is the original one.

Here is a pic of the part I need.

Think I"d try to clean it well with brake cleaner and haul out the epoxy.

Or Tecumseh recoil on E-bay hundreds of hits probably cheaper and just as easy to repalce the whole thing. E-bay #111064988867
