And then some. Most of this field is 3-4 ft tall.
Took this pic on the way to LaGrange TX.
Just wanted to give some of you guys something to look forward to.

Actually most of the field is flat. I was holding the phone a little slanted and the ground sloped up from the road. Place is surrounded by a high game fence and I put the phone through the fence and snapped the pic.

is that on 77 or 155? you get much rain...i got 4.5" first set of storms and a hair over a half the other nite.

That's on 155 about 3 or 4 miles north of Holman. Took the pic this morning.
I got 1 1/2 first then 1/2 second. My place is on 957 close to St John

I assume the pic was sideways, funny comments. It looks normal to me....

Sure doesnt look normal out side our windows, does it? Was harrowing 60 acres yesterday in ball cap and shirt, was kinda warm at times. Felt a little warmer when I looked back and saw 2 harrows - beam rusted in 2.

Today snow sticking on the ground.

Should be good for the oats and alfalfa I put on my sand hill.

Two weeks into our volleyball season, and got 1 game in out of 6.

Photo looks good to me also but I guess it's another case of the I-phone gremlin at work. Just consider it mental exercise.
I've seen other posts talking about sideways pics but with my I-phone everything views normal.

yep, know Holman area real well...we had 20 acres on 155 right about where Monument Hill starts...sis and bil spent too much time livin in Vegas to be bothered with land anymore...i'm about 2 miles due north of Splashway in Sheridan.

Nice area. Some friends live up in Oakridge ranch. I used to see Hal Allen - Allen Ranch- a lot before he died, always wanted me to come over and shot some birds.
Sorry to hear about the property on 155, some folks just don't appreciate a good thing when they have it. Trying to deal with clueless relatives can be tough.

yeah, luckily my parents knew who to leave the ranch to...sis got the silver and good china...like i'd ever have a use for that crap lol

What is funny with an iPad, you see a sideways pic on a web site, and tilt the iPad to see the pic.....

Which is pointless, because the iPad will turn the view as you turn the iPad.... Yea you can lock the perspective, but who fusses with that.
