We are looking for some ideas on where to stay near this city,we perfer to rent a cabin or house of somesort for a few days this summer.If we have to drive a hour or so to meet our friends that would be fine also.we what to bring our farm dogs with,we keep them tieed up. just sending an ear out if somebody knows of something,bed or breakfast on a farm or something thanks steve

Lots of b+b's in the Bayport/Stillwater area and lots of touristy stuff to do there. That would only be about 15 min. away or so. For anything farm related you would have to be on the Wi. side or south of the metro area. They have a lot of B+B's on the Wi. side too.

Check out vrbo.com vacation rentals by owner. Have had good luck in different parts of the country with this site.
