Nothing like the mid-west flood or the flooding of the river we have had here in the past. Little town three miles from the house here. Church that has been there 67 years had water 5 ft. deep. Every house in the town had water in it. The main state road ran 4 to 5 ft deep. This was caused by 24 hrs of solid rain then in a three hr period they had six inches fall. I have heard of flash floods but the creek that normally runs thru the town suddenly became a wall of water. No lives lost but lots of property.
