We went and saw the Steeldrivers again last night. Excellent show as usual, but that wasn't the surprise. A couple of local Michigan guys by the name of Billy Strings and Don Julin opened for them. They got a LONG standing ovation. Well worth a listen. The wife got their CD. Of course just listening doesn't do justice to the live performance.

Ya,we were right in the third row center and they were right in front of us on the floor with no stage. Just one microphone between them. AWESOME! My son and his girlfriend went with us. He's in a rock band and even he was super impressed with them.
