Cell phone batteries

We bought a Tracfone from Wally World a few years ago and now the battery is starting to go bad. We were back there yesterday to buy a battery, the response was, we don't sell batteries for cell phones.

Anyone know of a good place to buy phone batteries? Its a Motorola BQ50 battery.
Thanks, Joe

Amazon, Ebay, Radio Shack, etc.

Also try Walmart.com on-line, they often sell many more items on-line than they stock in their stores with a low shipping cost to your local store (97 cents?)

I use China direct batteries. Cost about $5 and last as long as others. They're Lithium.

I've replaced a few batteries with Ray-O-Vac from batteries plus, and have always been impressed with the difference in time between charges. I will be going there again next time my phone needs a new battery.

WEnt thru that with the WallyWorld and my Tracfone a year ago, and they told me where to go [someplace I forget] to get battery. Was going to be a lot of money. I asked how much for a new Tracfone, only $10 or so, I just bought the new phone, took the battery out, put it in my old phone, let the kids take apart the new phone
