It's an old forklift. Depending on where it is, it may have been scrapped at the end of WW II. After the war ended, a bunch of equipment was just dumped over the side to make room for returning troops. Huge waste of taxpayer dollars. New aircraft, tractors, tanks and trucks were just thrown overboard. Guess they didn't want to flood the market back home....

do you know where the pic is from?

Maybe its a WW2 piece that was sunk or scuttled. Odd that it would land upright though.

Now that's one to buy and have a story behind it. Probebly cost a fortune to get it out of the watermark yet alone get it running.
