I have spent the last 3 days on a land planing 'marathon'.Another day and I will be done. Tired of eating dust!!!Then I can plant corn!

No dust here; only mud! So far about 7.5 inches for April, & most in the last 10 days. Started raining at about 2:30pm, & rained all night. Still raining as I type this at 5:54am.

No dust here either, just snow with a little bit of mud. Fields are still 3/4 snow covered. Last year guys were half done seeding by now.

Here in Delta County(as in all of western Colorado) we are 100% dependent on irrigation. All crops must be watered even to germinate. We only get about 6" of annual precip."Dust" is normal.Delta county is the driest county in the state.'Peach Valley'(my 'neighborhood')is the driest part of Delta county.

Here is a pic of my 'old' plane as it was being hauled to a sale last year. The 'new' plane is similar, only bigger.Been pulling it with the 706.I will try to get a pic of the 'new' plane in 'action' tommorrow...Steve
