I need to replace the slave cylinder. The original
has no bleeder. I haven't purchased one yet, but if
the replacement cylinder has no means for bleeding,
how do you get the air out? The cylinder is external
and screws into the bell housing. Thanks, Fritz

Just replaced the slave cylinder on my 2000 F-350, bolted it on put fluid in the resevoir and pump it a few times and it worked just fine.

When I install them, make sure their is fluid in the line and the slave cylinder is pushed all the way in when I connect it. After it is connected you can let it spring back and it will suck the fluid up in the cylinder. You can pump it a couple times to get the rest of the air out of it but I've never had any trouble getting the air out. Hope this helps.
