uploading photos

I am not having any luck using sweet feets method, does any one have any ideas what I am messing up?

Loads of people have been having photo upload problems.

Things I can think of...

After Kim/Chris made changes to the website I could not upload photos either. Then I read a post where Chris said that you need to log-out and then log-in again on Modern View of YT site. So I did do that and now can upload photos fine.

Just recently JD Seller said that he was having problems... turned out to be that he needed to re-enter the full website name in the internet search bar: www.yesterdaystractors.com (I think he had been accessing via a bookmark of just "yesterdaystractors.com" and for some reason that did not work -- but Kim or Chris may have addressed that issue).

Another thing I can think of is the format of the photo file (I know jpeg works - others too, but cannot remember what kind).

People have also mentioned problems posting from cell phones, but I don't know anything about that since I cannot do photos with my cell phone.

Or last but not least...
could have to do with the size of the photo file. I think Chris set a limit to file size, so if too large - it will not post.

Hope something in here is helpful.
 
Thank you, I am going to keep trying, last night I had them uploaded up till the last one and then I lost the lot of them, but will try your suggestions, I usually use the classic view.
 
This thread made me check to see if photo posting works for me. So here goes..

On Clasic View, you can go to the Test Forum, do a trial post with pic. and there you can relog your password, and handle. I have found that it takes some time between hitting the upload icon and when the thumnail pic. comes up, so you can hit the cintinue icon.

I usually use Classic too. I like the way it flows better and shows replies.

I only use Modern for editing or if I want to post captions on individual photos.
 
Animal, I also had problem posting pic on YT A few weeks ago. After I log out, then log back in name and pass word, now everything is doing okay. I will try A pic.again.
