Front fenders

Talking to neighbor today and he says there is a company out there that makes metal front fenders for like a 4440 deere. I know Hiniker and Year A Round used to make these. I've been looking for a set forever now but nothing seems to pop up.... Any info on this company that makes them now or someone who is looking to get rid of a set let me know.

Thanks

My dad had a set of Hinikers that came with a 4430. He used to say they were nice to stand on while fueling and helped some with dust. He took them off pretty quick though because he found they would ball up with mud and pack tight. He sold them to someone who never picked them up and their still sitting in the barn. I've thought about mounting them on one of the tractors.

There is a company near here that makes them K&M manufactoring or something like that. They make steps for tractors and rockboxes etc replacement seats.
I think it is in Renville, Minn but can find out for sure if you like

The K&M name sounds right-they make similar 'stuff'.Once many years ago,I won a set of YAR front fenders at a dealer's open house. They were so big/obnoxious that I never even installed them. They laid aruond for years, finally got tired of stumbling over them, hauled them to a sale.I seem to remember they brough 75 bucks.Steve

I think the shipping would kill a person. I was a kid when he bought that 4430 and kinda remember them on. I still have that tractor and use it mostly for haying and thought about putting them back on myself.

I hated the metal fenders they where slick to stand on and if you bumped them they where bent into the tire. I bet that I have hauled ten sets to the scrap yard over the years.

The K & M fenders I like. They have a metal frame with a rubber fender. They protect the tractor and still hold up well.
