$ Value of an acre of corn stalks/bean stubble for grazing

I rent some pasture to a sheep producer. Adjacent to the patches of pasture is crop land. After harvest he runs his sheep on 100 acres of corn stalks and another 100 acres of bean stubble. If the winter stays open they forage the stalks/stubble all winter with very little additional feed provided. What could an acre of corn stalks be worth rent wise. Generally there is some open fresh water for drinking a majority of the winter as well. Thank you.

Here(Western Colorado) the going rate is 60 cents/day per animal(or pair).Seems like a small amount,But it can be a good sized payment, provided there is plenty of feed.
