WHAT IS IT. It is wet, goey, brown and cold. I am in south central Nebraska. We got our first major rain in most of a year, last night. most reports of about 2 inches. I just pray it does not stop here. Gary

right now in SD we are supposed to get dumped on. Only problem is it is snow with estimates of up to 20" would rather have it as rain.

We have a pretty good shot of rain here too in the great Northwest Iowa Desert , complete with lightning and thunder. Should take the rest of the frost out if nothing else. Jim

This is our first real moisture in about 20 months, here in eastern Wyoming. Course it"s snow, and we"re calving, so lots of fun. What it looks like when I made it to the shop after chores.

My brother was going to leave yesterday to go back to ND but when he saw the forecast he decided to wait until today. From what I'm seeing this morning, he might as well stay here another day or two.

Good grief, I hope you do NOT get what is predicted!!

I was just feeling grouchy as they are predicting freezing rain here and some accumulating snow in a day or two - but only a few inches... guess I won't complain.

Did you get hail and high winds also? There's been reports of possable tornados around the area last night. I thought the roof was coming off or the windows getting hailed out in the first round. I've heard of hail west of Euistis to Concil Bluffs. That's one wide hail storm for sure.

Snowing hard here in north central Nebraska. Blowing harder though. Here in the yard, where its protected pretty well, I would say we have 6 inches.

2.25 of RAIN overnight here at Wellfleet. It is a gift from Heaven!!!!!!!!!
Just wind today and a few flurries. The wind came on about 5 this morning and made a crust everywhere so it's not muddy.

I'm about 50 miles east of Colorado Springs, we were supposed to get rain yesterday and snow today but so far all we got is a whole lot of wind and really cold, out checking cows this morning and it feels like I'm standing in a sandblaster.
